I am Milo, I believe in rationality - it should be the only currency of truth, based on as little axioms as possible and backed by undisputable logical chains of proof.
I consider myself to be a Product Architect. For me, this means discovering abstract efficiency problems and translating them into technical solutions. I started my career with very specific problems (how do we increase user retention in the first 30 minutes after sign-up) and have since moved into broader problems (how do we solve software). I am currently working on a new human2agent interface to build software with. I don’t believe in chat (or voice). Language is the perfect communication system for the machine, but it’s one of the worst for the human. I’m building the missing half.
